This week I’ve updated my Pro Gallery with some of the concept work I did for McFarlane Toys, Spawn Series 31. Click HERE to visit the Spawn.com website for full details on this long-awaited line of Spawn toys.

I was asked to come up with a new pose for the character, Necrocop, who made his first appearance in the comic book, Spawn: Simony. This time around, since we already had the design of the character, created by Aleksi Briclot, all that was left was to use the provided assets and come up with a new pose. The next bit of work I provided for Series 31 was a little less glamorous. The back-view for Lord Covenant was used to help the sculptor, Mr. Brian Fay, get a better idea of what his back would look like without his cape. Great work on the sculpt, Killa-B! And of course, the original design for Lord Covenant, who made his first appearance in the pages of Spawn: The Dark Ages, was originally drawn by Liam Sharp. Click HERE for a link to Liam’s website.
